With over 10 years in healthcare operations, I've made it my mission to transform care delivery, from streamlining processes to launching innovative programs that really make a difference. Whether I’m improving care coordination, leading cross-functional teams, or designing programs that solve real-world challenges, I bring a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and heart to everything I do.

When I’m not reimagining healthcare systems, you’ll often find me behind the lens at KapturePoint Studios, my photography business where I get to preserve life’s most meaningful moments. It’s the perfect counterbalance to my tech and data-driven day job, swapping spreadsheets and presentations for shutters and the art of storytelling through images.

For me, both worlds fuel each other. The structure and problem-solving I rely on in healthcare makes me a sharper, more intentional photographer, while the creativity of photography helps me bring fresh perspective and empathy to my work. And in the middle of it all, life has its best teacher, my daughter.
