I began my career at Allegheny Health Network / Highmark Health, where I built and managed post-acute provider networks designed to improve care transitions and reduce readmissions. My success in implementing data-driven performance metrics led to expanded program management responsibilities, where I spearheaded strategic initiatives that increased network alignment from 58% to 89%, generating substantial recurring revenue each quarter. That initiative remains in place today, maintaining 85–90% alignment and continuing to be monitored through detailed weekly reporting that were developed within in my tenure.

My career advanced at a healthcare tech company, where I progressed from Implementation Consultant to Solutions Architect, guiding enterprise healthcare organizations through complex product implementations. I became recognized for my ability to translate clinical workflows into scalable technical solutions; a skill that strengthened key strategic partnerships and directly contributed to securing a partnership with a company that led to landing the largest enterprise deal in company history. This allowed me to take on both a foundational and leadership role leading the program's provider engagement effort.

As Senior Engagement Manager, I built the company's first PAC Advance Provider Engagement Team from the ground up. I developed and executed data-driven strategies to optimize provider network performance, enhance adoption, and elevate program outcomes. Within the first month of launch, the program achieved technology adoption across nearly 40% of total program volume to an online portal for the largest enterprise deal in company history while onboarding 4 new team members, setting a new standard for provider engagement and execution at scale.
